As an electrical contractor in Texas and Colorado, TCS Critical Solutions provides electrical construction, maintenance, and service solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Beyond Texas and Colorado, clients rely on TCS for specialized critical power services, testing and commissioning, equipment maintenance, emergency response, and infrastructure support across the United States.

Mitchell Avis
President — Principal/Founder
Mitchell started TRYG in 2019 to build true partnerships with his customers, after 35 years on the electrical side of critical facilities. His portfolio spans data centers, communication switches, hospitals, breweries, and Class A and five-star hospitality properties. Clients across the country rely on him to troubleshoot, make recommendations, and deliver solutions at a reasonable cost. He built the company on open and honest communication, and on the belief that trust is earned the same way every time — by doing what you said you would do.
Patrick Kelley
Chief Operating Officer
Patrick came up through the electrical field and holds an electrical license to this day. He moved from the field into construction management in 2005 and has been in operations ever since — 26 years in construction, with an emphasis on healthcare, critical systems, and operations. His experience runs across estimating, design, project management, and project accounting, through to leading people and departments. At TRYG he is responsible for strengthening compliance and improving process, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Angelique Gates
Chief Financial Officer
Angelique brings 20 years of construction accounting experience and provides strategic leadership for TRYG's project accounting function. She oversees financial accuracy across complex, multi-state projects, with expertise in cost tracking, contract compliance, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis. Partnering with operations and project teams, she provides financial insights that support informed decisions, mitigate risk, and drive performance. Angelique holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Texas.
